Job summary

Uniqlo Loss Prevention in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to protect shoppers and staff while reducing shortages. You will train teammates, identify shoplifting, and partner with LP and Store Managers to uphold policy and safety.

The role requires proficiency with security software and surveillance equipment, strong communication, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid travel to stores is required.

Salary: $28.00 / hourArcadia, CAPosition Overview:UNIQLO Loss Prevention is responsible for maintaining a safe shopping environment for all customers and employees. The Loss Prevention Agent plays a critical role in inventory management and shortage reduction. Daily LP tasks at store are focused on safety, inventory management and shortage reduction. Loss Prevention Agent will be reporting to Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, serve as an asset for protection and safety specialist of our stores.Key Responsibilities:Train store team members on loss prevention and safety policies, procedures and standards: ensure compliance from all store team, notifying store management/Loss Prevention Manager of any violations.Ensure LP team can successfully identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters by following company guidelines.Build productive relationships with store leadership team and associates.Lead associate awareness efforts and generate leads pertaining to internal investigations.Focus on importance of proper inventory management.
