Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking a Loss Mitigation Business Analyst in Jacksonville, FL to support Loss Mitigation Operations by managing system changes, vendor updates, testing, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have mortgage servicing and loss mitigation experience, preferably from an underwriting background, with solid knowledge of investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience
• Loss Mitigation experience required
• Experience with UAT testing or system testing preferred
• Understanding of loss mitigation regulations and investor guidelines
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze vendor and system changes that impact Loss Mitigation operations.
• Perform UAT and validate system updates before production release.
• Ensure UAT results match production requirements and business expectations.
• Identify, document, and escalate system issues and defects.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to implement enhancements and process improvements.
• Stay current on loss mitigation regulations, investor guidelines, and servicing requirements.
• Assist with process documentation, testing results, and business requirements.
• Support compliance, audit, and regulatory initiatives.
• Help improve operational efficiency and borrower experience in a high-volume environment.
