Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a data analytics professional to oversee measurement transactions and related systems, performing data gathering, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.

You will work with stakeholders to identify loss control improvements, develop action plans, and support investigations and audits as needed. Fort Lauderdale, FL location; full-time role with opportunity to contribute to company-wide efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or five years of related experience in lieu.
• Two or more years of experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with data analysis and dashboard reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-person and/or data analytic oversight of internal and third-party measurement transactions and/or systems to/from MPC.
• Gathers data, documents, and/or prepares savings reports and updates dashboard/KPIs.
• Maintains supporting documents per MPC document retention policy.
• Identifies Loss Control issues and improvement initiatives at a local level and collaborates on action plans.
• Develops knowledge of MPC Loss Control SOP, API, and data interpretation.
• Supports investigations and audits to ensure procedural compliance.
