Job Title: Loss Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Loss Control Specialist to support risk mitigation efforts for insured clients across the Philadelphia region. In this role, you’ll conduct onsite evaluations, assess exposures, and recommend practical solutions to help reduce claims and improve overall safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite inspections of commercial and industrial client locations to identify potential hazards
• Evaluate workplace safety programs, operational processes, and risk exposures
• Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations for loss prevention and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with underwriters and insureds to develop tailored safety improvement plans
• Monitor client progress and compliance with recommendations
• Stay up to date with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and risk management best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in loss control, safety inspection, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to travel locally to client sites as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Industry certifications (e.g., CSP, ARM, CHST) a plus
