One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Loss Control Manager to lead loss-control and risk-management services for our Trusts, Pools, and Associations. This highly visible role blends technical property and casualty expertise with leadership, public speaking, education, and client relationship management.

You will work with school districts and public entities, developing programs, conducting evaluations, delivering trainings, analyzing data, and reporting to boards. Occasional travel is required.

Formación

• Experience in property and casualty loss control, risk management, safety, or inspections.
• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C loss control principles.
• Ability to conduct field inspections and develop practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop loss-control programs for Trusts, Pools, and Associations.
• Conduct loss-control evaluations across property, operations, vehicles, and facilities.
• Design and deliver loss-control trainings and presentations for various sizes of audiences.
• Administer a property appraisal system for members and non-member districts.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and prioritize initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with member organizations as risk-management resources.
• Prepare quarterly loss-control reports for boards and program managers.
• Manage the Loss Control department budget and coordinate with claims, underwriting, and program administration.
• Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
