Job summary

Republic Indemnity, a Great American Insurance Group company, is hiring a Loss Control Consultant to service accounts in the greater Los Angeles area. You will train insureds to reduce claims, identify safety exposures, and deliver presentations with strong written and verbal communication.

Requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 3+ years in workers’ compensation safety; English and Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in workers’ compensation safety.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, judgement, decision-making, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• English & Spanish skills are a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within the assigned territory weekly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and train insureds to reduce claim frequency and injury severity.
• Identify key workplace safety exposures and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver effective presentations and customer service to insureds.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience in workers’ compensation safety.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, judgement, decision-making, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• English & Spanish skills are a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required.
• Ability to drive within the assigned territory on a weekly basis.

Salary Range: $116,150.00 -$157,550.00
