Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in workers’ compensation safety.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, judgement, decision-making, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• English and Spanish skills are a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to drive within the assigned territory weekly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and train insureds to reduce claim frequency and injury severity
• Identify key workplace safety exposures and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver effective presentations and customer service to prospective and existing insureds
• Communicate clearly with insureds, producers, and underwriting, both verbally and in writing
