• California Bar admission required.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.

Responsibilities

• Handle trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation in federal and state courts.
• Handle emergency injunctive proceedings and expedited discovery.
• Draft complaints and substantive motions; conduct depositions and complex discovery.
• Coordinate computer forensics and e-discovery issues.
