Job summary

Tech Mirrors seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer in Malvern, PA for an 8+ month onsite engagement. Strong hands-on CRM design, integration, and customization experience is required.

You will implement plugins, workflows, and custom resources, work with Web API and JavaScript, and collaborate across ERP, SharePoint, Outlook, and SQL Server environments.

Qualifications

Description

Total 8+ years of hands‑on experience, including 3+ years on Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Involved in various project activities such as requirement gathering, gap fit analysis, solution design and configurations
• Experience integrating with other enterprise systems, including ERP and LOB, both on‑premise and online
• Experience integrating with MS Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365, administration and AD synchronization, and data migration using Scribe, SSIS or similar tools
• Extended Dynamics CRM by developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources
• Comprehended CRM security model
• Created out‑of‑the‑box and custom SSRS reports for CRM
• Configured and customized MS Dynamics CRM, used CRM Web API, and JavaScript (OData/REST)
• Extremely familiar with Dynamics 365 Online, entities, workflows, and configuration
• Experienced in Dynamics CRM technical aspects such as JavaScript, installation
• Strong knowledge of CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, and integration development
• Proficient in CRM functional areas: sales force automation, marketing automation, and service management
