Care Connect at Home in Boca Raton, FL seeks experienced HHAs or CNAs to join our family-owned home care team. We value dependable, compassionate caregivers who help seniors and adults stay safe and comfortable at home with personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship.

We offer flexible scheduling (day/evening/overnight/weekends) and weekly direct deposit pay. A Florida HHA or CNA license, CPR, TB test, valid driver's license, and Hoyer lift experience are required.

Formación

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Current TB test required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Hoyer Lift Experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional behavior expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Follow personalized care plans.
• Report changes in condition to the team.
