Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT project management with at least 3–5 years leading ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor).
• Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale ERP projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  
  

Skills

• Strong project management skills including planning, risk management, resource management, and budget control.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Understanding of data governance, integration architecture, and legacy systems.
