Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse in Naples, FL is seeking warm-hearted Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for short shifts (4-5 hours). You will perform ADLs, offer companionship, and support daily living activities, ensuring safety and comfort for clients.

Weekly pay and flexible scheduling enhance work-life balance. All caregivers should be friendly, professional, and have excellent communication skills, with a compassionate approach to assisting clients and families.

Qualifications

Must be friendly, professional, and have excellent communication skills.
Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides.
Willing to work short shifts (4-5 hours) in homecare.

Responsibilities

Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support.
Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times.
Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed.
Detailed documentation of completion of tasks.
Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior.
Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift.
