Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA is seeking Internet / Digital Sales Consultants. This on-site role welcomes candidates with no prior automotive sales experience and offers guaranteed monthly training pay as you learn.

You will manage referrals and guest inquiries, build lasting relationships, and conduct business via email, phone, and in-person appointments. The average consultant earns about $100,000 per year, with top performers over $150,000.

• A minimum of two (2) year sales experience in the automobile industry or equivalent, preferred.
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere.
• Must have (or be willing to acquire) a valid California Occupational Sales and Driver’s License with an acceptable and safe driving record.

• Operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
