Job summary

Extension Health is seeking a hands-on social media coordinator to own day-to-day organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook for two connected accounts. You will script, edit, schedule, and manage content with a clinical, evidence-based voice.

You’ll work across creative ideation, editing, and project management, coordinating with medical/compliance reviews and external partners in a hybrid or remote-flexible setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience running social media for a brand, creator, or agency client, healthcare/clinical experience a plus.
• Strong video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere, or similar and fast turnaround.
• Working knowledge of static design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe).
• Experience scheduling multi-platform content via later.com or comparable tool.
• Familiarity with Notion for calendar/project management.
• Experience with ManyChat or similar automation platforms is a strong plus.
• Excellent written voice—clinically precise copy that remains human and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Concept and script original content ideas for both accounts.
• Translate clinical topics into accessible short-form video and static content.
• Maintain brand voice: authoritative, evidence-backed, not hype-driven.
• Edit all video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with overlays, captions, pacing.
• Design static posts in line with EH’s visual brand system.
• Manage production pipeline from raw footage to publish.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms using later.com.
• Maintain weekly posting cadence across both accounts with cross-posting.
• Coordinate publishing timing around internal medical/compliance reviews.
