Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, write, and produce daily multi-platform content across primary channels for the Mount Sinai Health System and Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
• Produce short-form vertical video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) highlighting patient stories and milestones.
• Monitor brand mentions, inquiries, and discussions while adhering to HIPAA and privacy guidelines.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across health system and medical school channels.
• Utilize current social media best practices and AI tools to increase efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.
• Partner with internal communications, research, marketing, and academic departments to align campaigns with institutional goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
