Job summary

Lifeforce Clinician roles empower MDs or DOs to deliver innovative longevity care. You’ll partner with Health Coaches to guide members through hormone optimization, weight management, cardiometabolic therapies, supplements, and lifestyle strategies, all within Lifeforce’s remote care model.

You will lead a clinical Pod, supervise NP/PA clinicians as required, and adapt to evolving technology while upholding Lifeforce protocols to ensure safe, high‑quality care and outstanding member experiences.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with unrestricted license.
• Ability to supervise NP/PA clinicians.
• Ability to lead a clinical Pod.
• Active DEA registration for multi-state practice.
• Willingness to work remotely and 20+ hours per week.
• Experience with functionally-minded care and hormone optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations.
• Deliver Hormone Optimization Therapy and weight management when appropriate.
• Explain proprietary supplements and guidance on usage.
• Balance efficiency with thoroughness to complete synchronous and asynchronous tasks.
• Utilize evolving technology to deliver care and communicate with members and team.
• Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication to improve outcomes.
• Ensure member safety by following Lifeforce protocols.

We are hiring MDs & DOs with a passion for using leading-edge medical practices, developing personalized care plans, and creating a best-in-class member experience to help people improve their health and optimize physical and mental performance.

As a Lifeforce Clinician, you will work alongside our Health Coaches to provide care to our members that includes hormone optimization, weight loss management, cardiometabolic treatments, supplements and lifestyle strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Provide leading-edge approaches to diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations




• Provide Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT), weight loss management, and peptides when appropriate




• Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary supplements offerings to comfortably explain and recommend when appropriate




• Be able to balance efficiency with thoroughness to effectively complete both synchronous visits and asynchronous tasks in a timely manner without sacrificing quality




• Be willing and able to use evolving technologies needed to deliver care as well as communicate both with members and internally




• Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills and being excited to continue to develop these skills as needed to improve member outcomes




• Put the outcome and experience of the member at the forefront of your care while never compromising the use of safe, Lifeforce-approved medical protocols




• Have genuine interest in our members, being empathetic to their concerns and meeting them where they’re at




• Be able to meet quality and productivity standards that will be clearly communicated to you and reviewed regularly with your manager




• Provide required supervision of NP/PA clinicians in accordance with applicable state requirements




• Lead a clinical Pod; leading a Pod is a requirement of this role

Qualifications

• Board-certified M.D. or D.O.




• Required experience and ability to provide NP/PA supervision




• Required ability and willingness to lead a clinical Pod




• Active, unrestricted licenses and at least one DEA # to practice medicine in multiple states




• Priority DEA States: TN, IL, MI




• Priority License States: CA, CO, TX, FL, IL, MA, TN, WI, NC




• Interest in a fully-remote, 1099 contractor role




• Available to work at least 20 hours per week consistently




• Strong knowledge and/or interest in functionally-minded approaches to care




• Expertise in or willingness to learn HOT (Hormone Optimization Therapy) and comfortable using both supplements and approved pharmaceuticals when appropriate in both men and women




• Expertise in or willingness to learn about medical weight loss therapies and peptides




• Able to quickly acquire proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.




• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills




• Thrives in a team environment with the ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere and successfully collaborate with diverse groups at all levels of the organization




• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
