The ideal candidate will have youth development experience and excellent organizational skills, with a passion for making a difference in the community. The position offers a starting salary of $66,000 and extensive benefits including health coverage and generous time off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years youth development experience in a school-based setting.
• Comfortable using web-based data management and educational tools.
• Reliable and coachable with a commitment to growth.

Responsibilities
