KidzStuff Child Care is seeking a caring, dependable Long-Term Substitute Teacher to provide consistent classroom support during an extended staff absence. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with children while providing stability and structure they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, being 18+, and the ability to meet MSDE/OCC requirements for the classroom; prior childcare experience is preferred and background/health clearances

Qualifications

• Previous childcare/educational experience preferred.
• Must meet MSDE/OCC requirements for the classroom.
• Required trainings and certifications must be current.
• Must pass background and health clearances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent classroom routines and schedules.
• Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Keep documentation and daily records up to date.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and administrators.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure continuity of care and learning.
