Responsibilities

• Arrives at the building ahead of the school day to check in and review substitute plans.
• Deliver lesson plans as instructed and take daily attendance.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of all students and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain professional rapport with students, staff and administrators.
• Maintain classroom order and discipline to support effective learning.
• Clearly communicate expectations and adapt to individual learning needs.
• Strive to implement assistive technology in instruction.
• Participate in professional development sessions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
