Indy West Christian School is seeking a mature Christian individual to serve as a Long-Term Substitute Teacher in Kindergarten. Qualifications

• Indiana Substitute Teacher Permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the regular teacher's curriculum.

• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and administration.
• Maintain accurate grades and attendance records.
• Keep the classroom organized and conducive to learning.
• Supervise students during non-instructional times (recess, lunch, car line).
• Attend faculty meetings and school events as required.
• Collaborate with administrators and staff to support student success.
