Qualifications

• Establish positive relationships with all members of the HCS community.
• Demonstrate professional discernment and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Model Christian character and promote Heritage Christian School's educational philosophy.
• Follow prescribed learning experiences and lesson plans from the regular teacher.
• Maintain an orderly classroom with consistent, kind, and firm discipline.
• Protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Maintain accurate pupil progress and attendance records.
• Adhere to school arrival and departure times.
• Manage books, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform non-teaching duties as assigned.
• Adhere to school rules and policies as described in the faculty handbook.
