Job summary

Kirtland Local School District is looking for a Long Term Substitute Custodian to fulfill cleaning duties using various equipment including vacuums and floor machines. This position is expected to last between 6 to 10 weeks, and candidates should be available to work the 2nd shift.

Qualifications include prior custodial experience preferred, a High School Diploma, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Applicants must meet pre-employment requirements including a criminal background check.

• Must possess sufficient physical ability to perform necessary lifting, lift and carry 50 lbs, standing, climbing, walking, etc.
• Must possess demonstrated leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, staff, administrators, and parents.
• Must satisfy all statutory provisions governing a criminal record background check including submission of all pre-employment requirements.
