Long Term Substitute - Custodian

Position will be for 6-10 weeks

Pay rate: $14.25 per hour

Length of assignment: Unknown

Must be available to work 2nd shift.

Description

Cleaning duties will include various areas of the school district using different types of equipment from vacuums to floor machines.

Job Summary

Member of Kirtland Local School District's Long Term Substitute Custodial staff.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of floor care
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Required to use hand power tools and equipment in completion of duties
• Must possess sufficient physical ability to perform necessary lifting, lift and carry 50 lbs, standing, climbing, walking, etc.
• Must possess demonstrated leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, staff, administrators, and parents.
• Must satisfy all statutory provisions governing a criminal record background check including submission of all pre-employment requirements.
• Recommendation of prior employer(s)
