GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provides instruction and guidance to students, fostering academic, social, and emotional growth. Creates a positive and engaging learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential.

  • Utilizes formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Maintains a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborates with colleagues, support staff, and families to promote student success.
  • Engages in regular communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
  • Participates in professional development and staff meetings.
  • Implements classroom management strategies that foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Integrates technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
  • Assists with school-wide initiatives, activities, and events.
