• Familiarity with TruCare software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 50-70 members with long-term care needs.

• Authorize and coordinate referrals for services, ensuring no gaps in care.
• Monitor service delivery through in-person visits and telephonic contact.
• Assist members with complaints and appeals, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Maintain accurate documentation within 24 hours of service completion.
• Work independently and connect with IT resources as needed.

Immediate need for a talented Long term Service Care Manager. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Broward County FL (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $27 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
