The Area Agency on Aging Southwest Florida is seeking a Long-Term Care Service Specialist to perform intake and screening of potentially eligible individuals for enrollment in state-funded long-term care programs. This is a non-clinical, office-based role performed in a call center environment.

You will explain available programs and services and educate community partners about how AAASWFL delivers support to the seven counties they serve.
