Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a qualified Social Worker to support residents and families with clinically related social services.

In collaboration with the Administrator and Director of Nursing, you will assess psychosocial needs and provide individualized support to enhance quality of life in a continuing care setting. The role requires a social work degree, minimum two years in long-term care, and licensure in jurisdictions as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a long-term care setting.
• Must hold LCSW or LCSW-C license if employed in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically related social services to support residents and families.
• Participate in admission process with Administrator and Director of Nursing.
• Assess residents’ psychosocial needs and deliver individualized support to enhance quality of life.

Skills
