Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a Staff Nurse to help supervise and deliver quality nursing care in our facility. The role requires comprehensive nursing knowledge and the ability to apply clinical principles to resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Iowa RN or LPN licensure with no restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term/geriatric care.
• Current CPR certification.
• May not be a debarred provider.

• Apply general nursing knowledge to resident-care problems.

Compensation & Pay

• RN: $51/hr.


• LPN: $41/hr.


• Starting pay is $39 hourly for an LPN and $49 hourly for an RN with the opportunity to make $4 more an hour with picking up last minute shifts.

Qualifications

• Education & Credentials: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing


• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing, without restrictions, is required


• At least 1-year experience in long-term/geriatric care services

Job Summary

• The Staff Nurse assists in the supervision and administration of quality nursing care for the facility.


• The Staff Nurse must possess a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing, theory and practice, including basic knowledge related to nursing such as drugs, biological, physical, social, and medical sciences and their application for a better understanding of resident-care problems.


• A good memory and excellent communication skills are required.


• The Staff Nurse will assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interest and welfare of the resident.
