Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing, without restrictions, is required
• At least 1-year experience in long-term/geriatric care services
• Current CPR certification required
• May not be a debarred provider

Responsibilities

• The Staff Nurse assists in the supervision and administration of quality nursing care for the facility.
• Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing, theory and practice and related sciences.
• Demonstrates good memory and excellent communication skills in resident care.
• Assists in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment conducive to residents' welfare.

Starting pay is $51/hr. for an RN with the opportunity to make $4 more an hour with picking up last minute shifts. We also offer a great referral bonus program with incentive opportunities. Totality Staffing offers weekly and daily pay options.

Job Summary
