Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care in a long-term/geriatric setting in Iowa. RN wage is $49/hr and LPN is $39/hr, with potential to earn more by picking up last-minute shifts.

Graduate nurses with Iowa RN/LPN licensure and CPR are welcome; at least 1 year in geriatric care, and no debarment. We offer flexible scheduling to fit family needs, weekly and daily pay, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN must be licensed in Iowa with no restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term/geriatric care experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• No debarment status allowed.

Great Wage: We know how hard it is working in Senior Care and we want you to be compensated for your hard work. Starting pay is $39 hourly for an LPN and $49 hourly for an RN with the opportunity to make $4 more an hour with picking up last minute shifts. Qualifications Education & Credentials:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing, without restrictions, is required
• At least 1-year experience in long-term/geriatric care services
• Current CPR certification required
• May not be a debarred provider

Job Summary

The Staff Nurse assists in the supervision and administration of quality nursing care for the facility. The Staff Nurse must possess a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing, theory and practice, including basic knowledge related to nursing such as drugs, biological, physical, social, and medical sciences and their application for a better understanding of resident-care problems. A good memory and excellent communication skills are required. The Staff Nurse will assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interest and welfare of the resident.
