Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC in Iowa seeks compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our care team in long-term/geriatric settings. You choose shifts that fit family life while delivering quality nursing care.

Starting pay ranges from $39 per hour for LPNs to $51 per hour for RNs, with up to $4 more per hour for last-minute shifts. Weekly and daily pay options help with financial flexibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing, without restrictions, is required
• At least 1-year experience in long-term/geriatric care services
• Current CPR certification required
• May not be a debarred provider

Responsibilities

• The Staff Nurse assists in the supervision and administration of quality nursing care for the facility.
• The Staff Nurse must possess a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing, theory and practice, including basic knowledge related to nursing such as drugs, biological, physical, social, and medical sciences and their application for resident-care problems.
• A good memory and excellent communication skills are required.
• The Staff Nurse will assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment conducive to the welfare of the resident.

We know how hard it is working in Senior Care and we want you to be compensated for your hard work. Starting pay is $39 hourlyfor an LPN and $49 hourly for an RN with the opportunity to make $4 more an hour with picking up last minute shifts.
