Pinnacle Health & Rehab in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate resident care using the nursing process from assessment through evaluation.

The RN will delegate and supervise CNAs, administer medications, participate in care planning meetings, and ensure compliance with policy and state/federal regulations while documenting care accurately. They will also coordinate nursing care during therapy or procedures and implement physician orders promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Delegates and supervises clinical care delivered by certified nursing assistants.
• Provides routine care for assigned residents.
• Administers medications, performs treatments and documents in accordance with Affinity Healthcare policies and local, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Participates in care planning meetings.
• Coordinate nursing care of resident when scheduled for therapy or procedures.
• Accurately and promptly implement physician orders.
