Job Overview

WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC is seeking a long‑term care RN to work per diem on evenings or nights and every other weekend in a nursing home setting that is well staffed. We have a great team, custom shifts and great pay/bonus programs!

The right RN will be comfortable with outpatient medical practices and has two years of LTC nursing experience.

Pay rates: $40–$42 hourly.

Job Results & Essential Function

Professional Proficiency Demonstrated by RN:

• Maintains professional competencies and cares for aging resident population.
• Assists DON and nursing team with vitals, med pass, and resident care plans.
• Helps LPNs and aides with patient lifts and movement.
• Maintains a friendly and caring environment for patients and can work occasional weekend shifts.

Education & Experience

• Graduate with a license (RN) to practice in New York State.

Licenses and/or Certifications

• CPR/BLS needed.
• Physical within a year with PPD or alternative.
• Clear NYS RN license.
