Job summary

WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for long-term care facilities in New York. This full-time evening position offers 5x8 shifts, with every other weekend and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities include delivering professional nursing care, administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with the care team to implement individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to facility

Qualifications

• Current and valid NY State LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required.

LPN - Long Term Care - Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour - Evening Shifts

This will be a full-time evenings position doing 5x8, every other weekend and holiday.
