Job summary

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for long-term care facilities in New York. This position is a full-time evening shift contract for 13 weeks, with 5x8 schedules, and every other weekend and holiday.

You will deliver professional nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NY State LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required.

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing exceptional care in long-term care facilities. This will be a full-time evening's contract position, 13 weeks, doing 5x8, every other weekend and holiday.

Position Overview:

• Deliver professional nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status and report any changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid NY State LPN license.
