Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with PharmD or equivalent.
• LTC experience preferred and clinical leadership skills required.
• Immunization clinic experience and patient counseling skills desired.
• Strong multitasking and supervisory abilities for a fast-paced LTC setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations in a long-term care setting.
