Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of general experience or equivalent education.
• Education above high school or CNA training may qualify.
• Demonstrates KSAs: patient care, observation, communication.

Responsibilities

• Utilize glucose monitoring machine to collect and document readings.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Observe and report patient status to supervisor.
• Participate in patient-centered conferences and shift reports.
• Assist in the nursing care plan development and execution.
