Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help meet nutritional needs while maintaining a clean, safe dining area.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Training is provided, and benefits are available to all employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants and staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
