Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments across Wisconsin. The RN will deliver care in LTC/Assisted Living facilities, make clinical judgments, and coordinate patient care under supervision.

Requires active RN license, CPR if applicable, and state Health certificate; 18+ years old and compliance with regulations. Benefits include competitive weekly pay, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan.

Qualifications

The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/orAssisted Living Facilities. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilitiesin the coordination of patient care.Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standardsand is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in themanagement of patient care.

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
