Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Lewiston, ME. The nurse will deliver patient care in LTC/assisted living settings, applying clinical judgment and coordinating care under supervision.

Required actively licensed RN in ME with LTC experience preferred; CPR and health clearance as applicable. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license for the practicing state (ME).
• LTC experience preferred.
• LTC or Assisted Living certification preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/orAssisted Living Facilities. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilitiesin the coordination of patient care.Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standardsand is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in themanagement of patient care.

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
• LTC experience preferred
• LTC or Assisted living certification preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
