Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Taneytown, MD. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living facilities, showing strong clinical judgment and coordination with the care team.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, LTC experience, and adherence to professional standards. Travel nursing with 40-hour weeks and competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• LTC experience preferred.
• LTC or Assisted living certification preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/orAssisted Living Facilities. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilitiesin the coordination of patient care.Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standardsand is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in themanagement of patient care.

Minimum Requirements
