Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Kaukauna, WI. The RN delivers patient care in LTC and/or Assisted Living facilities, making clinical judgments and coordinating care with supervision.

Must meet RN licensure requirements and LTC-specific certifications where applicable. Compensation is $2286 per week with 40 hours standard, plus benefits including health/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state where the nurse practices.
• LTC experience preferred.
• LTC or Assisted Living certification preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the delivery of care for patients in Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facilities.
• Demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments with supervision, critical thinking and coordination of patient care.
• Acts according to nursing standards and is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others.

The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/orAssisted Living Facilities. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilitiesin the coordination of patient care.Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standardsand is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in themanagement of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:
