Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care travel assignment in Brookfield, Wisconsin. You will join the care team in a licensed facility, delivering patient-focused nursing care and coordinating with staff to meet resident needs.

Location: Brookfield, WI

The Long Term Care LPN assists the care team in the deliveryof care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilityin the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performsaccording to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care andassisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state inwhich the nurse practices
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS card
• Successful completion of screening tests for the clinicalspecialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater
• Successful completion of Amergis Background ScreeningProcess
• Must be at least 18 years of age
