Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks an LTAC Registered Nurse for travel assignments in Jackson, MS. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients in long-term acute care facilities, ensuring high standards and compliance with regulations.

The role requires valid RN licensure, LTAC experience or transferable skills, and ability to handle vent, wound, and cardiac patient care. Travel with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices in.
• One (1) year nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility preferred.
• Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care, cardiac, and stable post trauma patients.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Long-Term AcuteCare Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients in long-term acute settings.
