Job summary

Apploi is seeking staff to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors in a rotating schedule setting. The role requires clear verbal and written communication and adherence to established policies.

Responsibilities include attending required meetings, promptly reporting issues to supervision, and maintaining accurate records in line with federal, state, and corporate requirements.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand and speak English for business necessity.
• Prior experience in a Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, comfortable and sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors according to established policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings and in-services as required.
• Reports problems and needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, State and Corporate requirements.
• Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.
• Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
