Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated staff member to support residents in a long-term care setting. The role works a four-on, two-off rotating schedule from 7am to 3:30pm for four weeks, starting at $17 per hour with increases based on experience. Priority is on providing a safe, sanitary environment and great consumer service.

Responsibilities include attending required meetings, documenting services, and upholding residents' rights while presenting a professional image and following company standards.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand and speak English for business necessity.
• Prior experience in a Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable and sanitary environment for all residents, staff and visitors according to established policies and procedures.
• Attends meetings and in-services as required.
• Reports problems and needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, State and Corporate requirements.
• Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.
• Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
