This full-time role includes routine cleaning, linen changes, waste disposal, and safety reporting, with the ability to work weekend/holiday shifts. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and effective communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication with residents and staff to address cleaning needs and concerns.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas, resident rooms, and offices.
• Sanitize bathrooms and restock supplies as needed.
• Change linens and make beds according to schedule.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables per guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain inventory and request replenishment of supplies.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects when assigned.
