Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting functions for the facility.
• Implement and follow written policies governing accounting activities.
• Process invoices and forward for approval; maintain supporting records.
• Monitor accounts receivable and report delinquent balances to management.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets as required.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and trial balances and generate reports.
