Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing clients and/or reviewing mail, and electronically collected data to obtain required information.
• Entering information into a web-based application to complete initial applications and verify information.
• Determining and/or verifying eligibility using a web-based application.
• Completing scheduled reviews by obtaining required information and processing updated information for redetermination of eligibility.
• Inform clients of their rights and obligations under program policies.
• Explain requirements and options and refer clients to other program services as appropriate.
