Wake County's Economic Self-Sufficiency team seeks Adult Medicaid Long Term Care - Eligibility Caseworkers III to assess ongoing eligibility for Medicaid, LT Care, and Special Assistance. You will work with NCFAST/OnBase to determine client benefits and maintain up-to-date policy knowledge.

Location: Raleigh, NC. Employment type: Regular, Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:15pm. Hiring range shown; market range provided. Join a committed team delivering critical resources to the community.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Two years of job-related experience required.
• Equivalent education and experience accepted.

Mansioni

• Determining ongoing eligibility for Long Term Care and Special Assistance.
• Entering required data into computer systems to authorize benefits.
• Refer households to external resources when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of policy changes via training.
• Provide back up to other Caseworkers.
• Document caseload management accurately and promptly.
